Make quick work of pie crusts with this folding pastry board. Cleverly notched, this two-piece folding board stretches and stabilizes a fitted pastry cloth. Dough won't stick to floured cloth, and the board can be rotated if the rolled shape isn't symmetrical. Clean up is as easy as shaking off the excess flour and putting the cloth in the washing machine. Folds flat for compact storage.
